My client is a leading Wales based Energy Consultancy firm who assist customers who are looking to reduce their environmental impact and get the best deals for their energy supply.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join them as a Sales & Marketing Representative. This opportunity offers realistic six-figure OTE, an excellent basic salary, laptop and expenses.
You will need a proven and successful sales track record with experience in both Business-to-Consumer and Business-to-Business sales.
You will be responsible for generating and canvassing your own leads and visiting customers at their sites/homes to close the business. Consequently, a full and clean driving license is needed.
The ideal candidate should have:
Sales background and proven sales experience
Genuine Can Do, positive attitude
Able to work to and achieve targets
Relationship builder
Ability to close (and know when this is/is not appropriate)
Self motivated able to work alone/unsupervised
Understanding of margins, discounts and mark-ups
Professional manner
Excellent telephone manner
Excellent communication skills
Ability to produce comprehensive Sales reports, and present to the Directors
Decision making skills
Honesty and integrity
Work with team to develop sales strategy throughout the year
Interest in the products/industry technically minded, rather than a creative type
Work effectively within a small, close knit team
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Quick learner
Flexibility
Full, clean driving licence
IT skills Word, Excel, e-mail etc,
Literacy and numeracy to a proven and acceptable standard
