Digital & CRM Manager Leisure/Entertainment London - £45,000 - £50,000
With over 32 million customers a year across over 60 venues, this leading leisure and entertainment brand is focused on being the leading brand in its sector and is committed to a program of new site openings. Integral to these plans is the continued development of its customer communication program, and integrating this with its digital marketing activity. It is now looking for an experience online marketer to take responsibility for all digital and CRM activity.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Website content management (including promotions content, product reviews etc), including SEO
- Online advertising and promotions (including PPC)
- Researching and recommending new activities in the digital space to maximise website traffic
- Ensuring the effective integration of digital and CRM activities
- Working with third parties to implement promotional activity (determining the digital mechanics etc)
- Managing all e-mail and SMS marketing campaigns
- Analysing and reporting on campaigns and website statistics
- Supporting new site openings with relevant digital activity
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with solid online and CRM experience, ideally gained in the multi-site leisure or retail sectors. With one direct report you'll also ideally have previous people management experience, as well as the ability to lead and inspire others.
