Their presence is found in many areas of the home including office, kitchen, bathroom and living with many DIY, prestige, nursery and fashion brands.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented marketer to work with one of the companys multi million pound brands within the UK, Ireland.  Reporting to the Marketing Director for the Cluster the role will manage a marketing team focused on the business large presence within the nursery market. These already globally recognised/trusted brands currently enjoy great brand image and high levels of awareness and are fundamental to the companys growth aspirations. Facing both short and long term challenges the successful individual will be tasked with expanding the brand across categories & channels, developing integrated branding projects, producing NPD plans and working towards consumer and trade launches. In conjunction to this you will be a supporter and trainer for your team and an excellent internal stakeholder able to work across the divisions and communicate well up and down the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable track record of success within consumer brand management ideally within a female orientated field and have experience of:
* Trade Marketing
* Project Management
* NPD
* Brand Strategy Development.
* Man management

They will be highly tenacious, with strong communication and influencing skills and be prepared to play their part in building the business moving forward. Energy and passion are key values in the business and the team and constantly stretching and setting high expectations for themselves and others so it is a highly charged and stimulating environment to work in.  Results orientation is essential as well as a desire to make a difference.
