Job Description

Due to the continued expansion of this organisation and the development of their own range of products, they are now looking for a Product Manager experienced in the field of developing "own ranges" of products.
 
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for the following:
 

- Liasing with the Board of Directors, advising them of new products and ranges appropriate to the strategic direction of the company
- Conducting negotiations for new product ranges to maximise profitability
- To ensure that all staff are trained on the benefits of new product ranges
- To establish the product ranges and assist in the development of
- Consistently review the existing product ranges to ensure that the best supplier is being used and profitability optimised
- Monitor stock levels
- Ensure marketing opportunities are maximised and areas changed regularly to maintain interest
- Understanding the legal requirements of bringing a product to market
- Trading standards legislation
- Import tariffs and quotas It is essential that you have a proven track record in product development and the product lifecycle.
