Sales & Marketing Service Centre Manager
£Competitive Package, Leeds
This is a hands-on role ensuring that the sales and marketing team have the processes, capabilities and service standards to meet the needs of our key internal and external customers via the provision of a 'one stop shop' telephone service centre. The key to this role is ensuring a first class enquiry service for customers requiring advice about care and care homes, as well as providing sales and marketing support to all our care homes. To be successful in this role, you will need experience of customer service management, ideally with a multi-site focus, and a proven track record of managing third party telephone centre support.
