A leading FMCG organisation is looking for a Senior Product Manager to develop and implement marketing programs and strategies for the company's supplement products in order to grow market/market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of activities to effectively market assigned products/services, such as conducting market research; overseeing product development and design; setting prices; launching new products; overseeing advertising campaigns; and monitoring sales performance.
- Monitor, analyse, and evaluate domestic market trends, customer and consumer behaviour, as well as competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the product/service
- Monitor, analyse, and evaluate product performance and customer feedback to generate new product ideas, identify product/service features that need to be changed to meet customer needs, and liaise with other areas of the organisation (local and global).
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenues and costs against forecasts; and adapt plans to improve the sales performance of the product/service
- Campaign development liaise with advertising and promotions specialists, design sales campaigns and sales collateral appropriate for target audience
- Develop programmes and initiatives to grow market and increase market share e.g. educational programmes, KOL development, NHS initiatives
