International Beverage Manager, Hospitality/Leisure, Southeast, £40,000 to £45,000
Our client, a leading figure in the hospitality/leisure sector is looking for someone with strong experience in food and beverage development or from a technical background, to join them as its International Beverage Manager. Is that you?
Based in the southeast, this role will see you supporting one of the company's significant enterprises, working on new product development across EMEA. As International Beverage Manager you will come in and use your wealth of technical knowledge to create new products for each region. Key responsibilities include:
*Utilising the devised NPD process to create products matching customer needs
*Acting as a centre point for innovation, personally leading key projects
*Managing secondary beverage categories, developing leading propositions
*Innovating against seasonal promotional calendar i.e. Christmas
*Producing category NPD concept briefs
If you want to apply for this brilliant position of International Beverage Manager you must be able to display the following:
*Ideally strong experience in food and beverage development or from a technical background
*Previous NPD experience at middle management level
*Experience working within a franchising network
*Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver them within budget
*Ability to assess market trends and translate these to relevant development plans
