Mobile Product Manager / Senior Product Manager- Mobile / Product Development Manager - Mobile Platforms (iPhone, iPad, Tablet, Android)
Working for a global online organisation, the Mobile Product Manager / Senior Product Manager- Mobile / Product Development Manager - Mobile Platforms (iPhone, iPad, Tablet, Android) role involves leading a team to develop a roadmap for Mobile products and apps, giving consumers an amazing experience when accessing digital services using mobile devices.
The Mobile Product Manager / Senior Product Manager- Mobile / Product Development Manager - Mobile Platforms (iPhone, iPad, Tablet, Android) will:
* Deliver innovative mobile products to meet agreed commercial objectives
* Conduct market, industry and competitive analysis to drive product proposals
* Create product proposals, business cases, roadmaps, and resource plans as necessary
* Identify market opportunities, plan and execute new product development from conceptual stages through the full product lifecycle
* Work with international teams defining product requirements, product vision and strategy across all mobile platforms.
* Conduct appropriate user acceptance testing on the delivered product
* Be responsible for growing and eventually leading a team of 5 which will include Product, Project Managers and Engineers.
* Work with Customer Insight, Business Analysis, User Experience, Development, QA, Marketing and Operations to and ensure smooth market introduction
Key requirements include:
*Strong technical understanding of the Product Development process with the ability to converse with commercial and technical teams at all levels
*Experience of working within a fast paced, Agile environment
*Analytical mind and approach to Product Management/Development and the ability to interpret and gain insight from data
*Strong appreciation and understanding of User Experience/Customer Experience
*Excellent working knowledge of the Mobile and Online space with the ability to understand consumer needs, behaviour and market trends
*Experience of working in mass consumer led environments and of creating and managing b2c led products
*Experience of working within an online, transactional organisation
*Ability to successful create and pitch business cases to Stakeholders within the business
Candidates for the Mobile Product Manager / Senior Product Manager- Mobile / Product Development Manager - Mobile Platforms (iPhone, iPad, Tablet, Android) role must have previous Product Management experience and have been involved with the development of Mobile services across: iPhone, iPad and Android, preferably within a B2C environment. Experience and knowledge of turning traffic into commercial revenue is critical.
