My client is a world leading ambient foods company with widely recognised brands and a significant market presence in the UK. They are looking to recruit an outstanding Area Business Manager to manage a team of 11 grocery representatives within the Essex territory
As an Area Business Manager you will be accountable for the net volume and profit growth within your designated accounts. You will also be responsible for:
· Managing, training and developing a team of 11 sales representatives
· Maximising brand visibility within the grocery sector
· Analysing commercial, consumer and competitor data
· Delivering account-specific action plans
The ideal candidate will have previous team management experience, gained within an FMCG environment. Experience of the grocery sector would be beneficial.
The role is home-based and will be covering the Essex sales territory
