Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to head the marketing team at a market leading mutual society with a national customer base. As Head of Marketing you will report to executive director level and will be responsible for creating and delivering the businesses marketing strategy and developing a strong and effective team across brand management, campaign planning and web marketing. You should have a full understanding of the governing FSA regulations and the principles of TCF. You will need to have proven experince across a full mix of marketing channels including direct mail, telephony, website, relationship / partnership marketing and brand management. You will be measured on sales volumes, increased product take up and ROI on the marketing budget. You should have previously managed large marketing teams and have held full accountability for big marketing budgets allocated across a range of distribution channels and marketing channels.
