About the Role
As Direct Mail Marketing Manager you will be tasked to deliver customer acquisition strategies and plans for consumer segments into Direct Mail channels. You will maintain business control over the area of focus and manage deliverable results.
Develop effective product, promotion, pricing and placement techniques to improve direct mail campaigns focused on optimizing the existing direct mail channel.
Engage with program delivery work groups to agree and implement remedial actions when negative variances to program plans emerge.
Manage development and learning chain for various creative's deploying test and control strategies.
Deliver Channel Strategies to align with customer segment needs and aspirations.
Apply the highest levels of governance and stakeholder management to ensure that program plans are signed-off with buy in at the right levels across key areas.
Manage Customer Acquisition (annual, quarterly and monthly) Plans driving key elements of the marketing mix aligned to the needs of specific market segments and BCE financial performance requirements.
Deliver marketing strategies driven by a focus on customer, competition, communications and cost and overall value for the business.
Manage internal departments, partners and vendors in the development of plans, new products and targeting opportunities.

Have practical experience of using analytics and customer insight to solve complex business problems.
Thinking strategically with good intellect and an ability to focus on the opportunities and their associated value generation.
Able to create and implement project plans to accomplish business plan objectives.
Developing solutions in a changing economic and increasingly regulated environment.
Defining clear areas of differentiation for the products, services and channels through which you will serve your customers.
About the Offer
£35,000 to £40,000 depending on experience.
