About the Role
You will be part of the Dutch marketing team and responsible for Customer Marketing. In this role you work with our customers, banks and retailers, to jointly grow business volumes. You will be:
Responsible for the implementation of marketing strategies and their specific programs.
Handling strategy implementation, marketing program ideation, program execution through to post market results tracking and analysis.
Developing differentiating marketing activities for measurable benefit to the bank customer.
Developing tailored (merchant) marketing/partnership programs to increase card issuance and usage.
Manage agency relationships and efficiencies.
Translating & implementing campaigns to customers level.
What We're Looking For
Fluent in both English and Dutch languages (verbal & written).
3-5 years marketing experience with a mix in B2B & B2C, preferably Brand and Digital marketing
Expertise in (online & direct marketing) applications for customer acquisition, activation, usage, retention, ideally in Banks/Payments industry in the market
Experience in account management, passionate about sales & maintenance/ development of relationships, customer management and interaction skills
Demonstrate proven ability to develop and successfully implement, quantifiable marketing programs.
Consultative selling experience with good negotiation skills
About the Offer
50,000 to 60,000 EUROS depending on experience.
