Due to continued success and expansion, Al Naboodah is seeking a Head of Marketing to align the company’s corporate communications.

The person:

*University graduate, preferably CIM qualified
*Minimum of 5 years marketing experience, preferably in the UAE
*Highly creative individual with an ability to communicate marketing strategies and ideas in clear English
*Ability to write creative and flawless advertisements, press releases, and marketing material in English
*Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator Software
*Knowledge of Arabic beneficial but not essential
*Organised, Confident, Team Player, Strong Communication & attention to detail
*Valid UAE driving license with own car
*Willingness to attend corporate events as required

Role/Responsibilities:

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for promoting the company in the English and Arabic market. Primary job functions include implementation and quality control of branded materials, advertisement, signage and stationary, liaising with PR and advertising companies, organising corporate events and sponsorship for community groups and teams, creating an annual marketing budget and aligning their Corporate Communications to ensure consistency to all stakeholders.

*Creating and implementing an overall marketing strategy. Ensuring consistent corporate branding, including signage, advertising, internal communications, print and promotional material.
*Writing press releases and managing media relations to ensure the company is positively communicated in the media
*Drafting the content for marketing material, corporate brochures, newsletters, website, intranet etc.
*Liaising and establishing a working relationship with advertising and PR companies, newspapers, event organisers, printing and publishing companies
*Preparing and implementing company standards for stationery, advertising, fonts, brands and signage; and ensuring that the standards are adhered to and maintained on an ongoing basis
*Visiting external sites where branded signage is in place to ensure that the signage has been displayed properly; in cases where the corporate identity is not up to standard, the candidate would be responsible for addressing any issues with the general managers or directors of our companies
*Organising corporate events and company parties
*Organising corporate sponsorship for outside groups or clubs
*Stakeholder Engagement and Community Relations
