E-Marketing Manager - Kent, Salary up to £40,000
My Client is leader in Holiday Add-ons, (Airport Parking, Hotels and Theatre/Theme Park breaks) they now employ 900 people across the UK & Germany. This rapidly developing organisation is looking for a key member of the team. They require an enthusiastic, creative and organised E-Marketing Manager whom will be able to devise & deliver the plans to get them to the next level with their customer offering.
Main duties:
? Define effective brand and marketing strategies to develop long term customer retention and increase their value to the business
? Create multi-channel annual campaign plans for each of our Airport brands
? Coordinate innovative and exciting customer campaigns
? Oversee all marketing activity for Directs, Affiliates and Retail Agents for your brands
? Successfully manage small teams to ensure delivery of results
Responsibilities:
? Brand strategy & brand management : ensuring brand and message consistency achieved across all customer touch points
? Ensure the balance is struck between brand and SEO
? Understand our customers and their behavior, developing customer profiles and building loyalty
? Campaign management, focusing on customer acquisition and customer retention rate
? Provide clear creative briefs to both external agencies and internal teams
? Work closely with those responsible for Content, Email, SEO and PPC channels.
? Knowing the numbers : set the budgets, understand the ROI impact and analyse market trends to identify potential areas of development.
Applicants must have:
? At least 6 years proven marketing experience in a commercial environment with a strong emphasis on online marketing and brand management
? Ability to liaise with management of all levels to drive and communicate the direct marketing strategy
? Extensive campaign and project management skills
? Excellent people and relationship management skills : with the ability to inspire those around you
? Experience in managing and motivating a team to deliver results
? Ability to adapt to change in a highly fluid market
? Technical knowledge would be an advantage
? A formal marketing qualification would be beneficial.
? Knowledge of the travel industry would be desirable, but not essential
Overall you should be a tenacious, creative, organised person : able to devise & deliver the plans to get us to the next level with our customer offering.
