Their Corporate team is equally as impressive, and this new post will allow you to lead the Business Development team and enjoy a high level of responsibility.
You will be responsible for providing coaching and advisory support to partners in all aspects of business development. You will lead and coordinate cross selling initiatives and you will be expected to provide a structured environment for business development talent to strive and encourage development and progression of team members throughout the firm.
For this new role you must be degree qualified and have an extensive background as a Business Development Manager. You must also possess considerable experience of working in a managerial capacity and have experience of the professional services sector. You will have the opportunity to use your communication skills and to adopt an open and approachable manner in order to build strong working relationships. You will be ambitious and take initiative to drive forward objectives and identify opportunities for change.
