Client Services Co-ordinator

An Advertising Recruitment Agency now seeks 2 Client Service Co-ordinators. One Leeds based and the other manchester. This role within the Agency is of great importance as you are often the first point of contact for clients as well as media and internal contacts. You will need at least 6 months experience in an Agency Environment.

Job Description
To manage a designated portfolio of clients, providing advice and guidance, as well as processing or delegating your clients’ requirements through the appropriate channels.
Process advertising through all stages from acknowledgement of receipt and discussion of specific requirements, through creative and production to dispatch to the media, providing a high level of customer service at all times and seeking every opportunity to maximize revenue and promote Digital Solutions.
