A senior role within a full-service agency, leading an account management team and working with senior clients at a strategic level.

Taking line management responsibility you will develop and motivate your team to deliver against SLAs, meeting and exceeding clients’ expectations. By developing an in-depth understanding of clients’ businesses you will offer genuinely strategic support whilst managing resources to deliver timely and accurate work on a day-to-day basis.

As part of the senior management team of the agency you will build relationships across a number of areas (creative, print suppliers etc) to make sure that agency remains productive and efficient, delivering a high level of work to remain the first-choice partner for your clients.

You should demonstrate strong commercial and business skills alongside high-level account management experience, with the flexibility to operate at Director level whilst also managing the work of your team. You should be confident dealing with creative and studio teams, and managing a large budget.

You will have worked in an agency leading teams and demonstrating heavyweight client experience. If you have some exposure to financial services clients this would be advantageous. It is likely that you will have worked at Senior Account Director or Client Services Director level.
