This south-west agency is looking for an established Account Director to work on three financial services integrated accounts. The role comes with the responsibility of managing a Senior Account Manager and two Account Executives, and reports into a Business Director. They will work closely with planning and data planning and also a project manager.
Ideally the successful Account Director will:
·Have the ability to cope well under pressure
·Proactive likes to seek out new opportunities
·Thrives in a team environment and able to coach and mentor the junior members of the team
·Able to "have a laugh" doesn't take themselves too seriously
This agency is around 100 people strong now and have a lovely agency culture about them.
