This leading Health Care Insurance provider are looking for an experienced Marketing Team Leader to develop and execute their sales and marketing strategy and tactical plans.
Heading up a team of 5 you will be responsible for market planning, the implementation of ATL/BTL marketing campaigns, budget management, campaign analyses, brand management, internal communications and of course the mentoring and development of members within your team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent knowledge of both on/off line disciplines, be a real team leader, can demonstrate sound marketing communications strategy and having experience of working within a compliance regulated environment i.e. Financial Services would be beneficial for interview.
