Part Time Project Manager
(3 days - Wed-Fri)
£25 - £30k pro rata
Surrey

Our client, is an international provider of Marketing and Customer Communications solutions they are now looking to recruit a part time Project Manager who has a good understanding of print production.

The role and responsibilities will include:

·To attend client and agency briefing sessions
·To ensure all processes and procedures for any project/client are documented centrally
·To have a strong awareness of the account so as to add value in terms of brand management and brand integrity
·To complete proofs, quotes and orders within the SLA's
·To manage suppliers to ensure adherence to agreed deadlines
·To liaise with Account Director when applicable to ensure clear communication and accurate delivery of projects to clients
·Organise and supervise press passes with agency / clients

Skills and experience required:

·Experience in print related environment
· Excellent knowledge of print production
· An understanding of direct mail or willingness to learn about this

You will need to be a good team player, have a proactive approach and have excellent communication skills
