My client is an immensely proactive business, always forecasting new trends, always making sure they're ready for them, even before they happen. Not only has it given them a competitive edge and a client base to die for.

For those joining their web team, it's quite the agency. Their investment in technology has been significant and for you, as a Designer, it means the possibilities are limitless. The projects are exciting and in-depth, the autonomy you'll have is significant. Of course, there'll be plenty of support from your Art Director, but you'll have the chance to make a real design impact.

The work is thick and fast, so you'll need to be the kind of Designer that's used to juggling projects effectively. But even more important than that will be your portfolio my client are looking for real design flair and a truly conceptual approach.

Of course, you'll also write standards compliant (X)HTML code, have proven, up-to-date CSS skills and understand the issues surrounding accessible, search-friendly web design/development. Flash MX (and Actionscript) and experience working with PHP/MySQL are bonuses. But what they're really after is that untouchable sense of inspiration that makes you stand-out from the
