Snr Event and Corporate Sponsorship Executive

Our client who is based in Hampshire is looking to recruit a Senior Event and Corporate Sponsorship Executive, this role will involve developing, managing and the ability to deliver a range of external events and corporate sponsorship activities for our clients Group of Companies, in order to develop and support their operations in the UK.

To ensure effective delivery of the plan in order to meet business objectives ensuring activities promote the company in a professional and consistent manner within pre-determined channel and within the company's group guidelines.

Role:

To identify, manage and implement event, corporate sponsorship, hospitality and award opportunities that will increase awareness and improve the company profile, within the agreed budgets. This will include:
Organising the company presence and logistics at events
Budgetary management
Event plan and creatives
Management of 3rd parties
Arrangement for relevant guests
Communications plan for events

Skills required:

Exceptional verbal and written skills.
Interpersonal skills with internal and external customers/suppliers
Ability to manage a diverse work load and prioritise tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
Ability to lead a small team
Able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the principles and practices of marketing
Experience of marketing services in a business environment and preferably in the financial sector.
Knowledge and capability with Microsoft Office & Power Point skills are essential
Knowledge of Quark, Adobe In-design, would be an advantage
