The opportunity to work at global partnership company as a Product Development Manager.

About the Client

Global Partnership Company, specialising in putting together partnerships on behalf of 3rd parties as well as negotiating benefits and sourcing partners on behalf of the Groups own travel and lifestyle business.

About the Role

Responsible for continually identifying external partners and to investigate and proactively source new partner/product ideas/opportunities through outbound calling and meetings to build and take to market new programmes on behalf of the Group both B2B and B2C.

To work with R & D within the Group to drive sourcing, developing and negotiating of new partners/services for the Group as well as 3rd party clients. To provide contribute significantly to the team when required to respond to Client and Agency briefs. Actively source, negotiate, contract and train partners who provide 3rd party offers and benefits. To manage the relationship of the 3rd parties, both day to day management/training and performance review when required.

What We're Looking For

Proven record of introducing new services/products from sourcing through negotiation to end user.

Experience in partner development ain B2B and B2C markets.

Experience in contractual negotiations and development of new partnerships.

Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
