Senior Propositions Development Manager
Hampshire
Upto £51k + Bens

This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic thinker to join a well established corporate, this is a high profile role so you will need excellent communication skills at all levels. Using your strategic thinking and leadership experience, your primary focus will be to create and deliver customer-led innovations. You will also fulfil challenging sales and retention targets, and deliver a balanced portfolio of Proposition, Product and Retention initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities:
·Successfully developing, delivering and implementing proposition initiatives
Bringing propositions to market on time, and within budget
Managing team activity to support business objectives and meet financial targets.
Identifying and developing new product opportunities
Manage product portfolio through competitive adaptation of existing products and propositions.
Skills & Experience:
Strong background in New Product Development
Extensive experience across all aspects of marketing
Strong experience of influencing at senior level
Knowledge of the insurance, financial services or healthcare sector preferred
Portfolio marketing experience preferred
