RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Produce annual mortgage budget and plan to ensure that all key targets are hit.
· Product range ensure that our clients offers an appropriate depth and width of mortgages across the entire product range.
· Competitive analysis - monitor, on an ongoing basis, market and competitor activity to ensure a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of both the mortgage and related financial services market.
· Ensure that all elements of the clients mortgage performance are completely and comprehensively understood and regularly fed into the Executive Team. Of particular importance, for all elements of mortgage growth, are volume, margin and risk-related performance.
· Opportunity identification perform insightful, high quality quantitative and qualitative analysis to monitor existing performance and identify areas for improvement or growth.
· Proactively identify mortgage product development opportunities.
· Provide a significant contribution to the formulation and subsequent development of the mortgage related sections within the clients Corporate Plan.
· Internal develop strong and effective working relationships with senior management.
· External proactively establish and maintain effective relationships with identified key

CLIENT REQUIREMENTS:
You must be able to operate at both a tactical level (with product, policy & performance issues being critical) as well as demonstrating, at a higher strategic level, a sound understanding of the dynamics of the mortgage and wider financial services market.

THE PACKAGE: Basic Salary up to £45,000 + Healthcare + Cont. pension, performance related bonus, car allowance.
LOCATION: Midlands, West Midlands, Coventry, Leicester, Birmingham.
