One great opportunity
While our new products and services have helped Barclaycard attract more business than ever, we need to make sure we continue to address customer demand more comprehensively than anyone else. That's why you'll join us as our Channel Strategy Manager for new customers, supporting the development of new strategic initiatives and doing all you can to build our customer portfolio. Working closely with colleagues, you'll align programme plans and key messages, while making sure marketing strategies meet all pre-determined treatment strategies. What's more, you'll monitor the execution of new programmes and create a wide range of testing strategies to better understand our potential customer base.
One person for the job
It's never been more vital to know everything we can about prospective customers. With so many options in the market place, it's essential we identify and address their needs quicker than ever before. With this in mind, you'll be an expert in how to best impact customer engagement and the customer journey, with unrivalled competitive awareness and command of modern marketing techniques. You'll have excellent analytical skills and a sound knowledge of marketing channels, too, with a real knack for matching customer needs with business propositions. And if you're the sort of communicator who can get their ideas across, whatever the audience, while always striving to move your team forward, we really want to hear from you.
