Job Description

This is an excellent on-going temp opportunity to work with a large alternative Investment Manager in the city. You will have responsibility for developing high quality marketing materials to enhance and develop client relations. 
 
Key Duties:

- RFP
- Producing Presentations material (strong Powerpoint necessary)
- Marketing Brochures
- Data Requests
- Responses to client questions and requirements
- Project manage - reviews, approvals for Marketing materials
- Working with client relation representatives, portfolio managers, legal & compliance Essential Skills:

- Detail orientation and the ability to prioritise projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
- Business and industry knowledge of financial services marketing support in the institutional real estate or private equity fields preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of Powerpoint, Excel and Word crucial 
- Strong writing and editing skills are essential 
- Proactive, "can do" attitude and strong organisational skills, including the ability to coordinate information from a range of sources
- Detail orientation and the ability to prioritise projects and meet deadlines
- Team player and able to perform well under pressure
- Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering superior service to internal and external clients
