Business Development Manager

A leading accountancy firm is seeking a proven and committed individual for the role of Business Development Manager to work within their London based headquarters.

The successful applicant will work within the existing business development team and report to partners to ensure the firm retains existing clients and maximises fees by enhancing cross-selling opportunities and increases fees by acquiring new clients of the correct quality.

Key Requirements:

- Experience of managing large proposal teams and writing proposals
- Experience of presentation coaching & running presentation rehearsal sessions
- Effective at building strong relationships with partners and senior staff across multiple locations
- High attention to detail and strong client focus
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills

It is imperative that the post holder is a proven marketing professional with substantial business to business marketing experience from within a professional services environment (i.e accountancy or law)

The ideal candidate will already be experienced in client service and new business development activity and marketing planning.
