A UK based Accountancy firm is seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual for the role of Communications & Events Executive to work within their London office.

The successful candidate will report to the Head of Marketing, but will also work closely with other event team members to ensure success and smooth running of events. The role will entail planning and running entire campaigns from inception through to completion, at times running multiple events at any time.

Key Responsibilities include;

- Attending company conferences and exhibitions to improve industry sector knowledge.
- Devising and implementing successful marketing campaigns for each event
- Preparing communications budgets outlining all communications activity, whilst paying particular attention to cost control mechanisms.
- Publishing news releases to promote forthcoming events.
- Selecting and organising external lists/inserts and continually taping into new avenues to promote events.

Communications & Event experience within Professional Services (i.e, accountancy, law, architecture) is essential and key to the application. Candidates must have the ability to communicate up to client board level, confidence and a strong personality. The company is looking for somebody with the ability to multi-task with varied skills and strong communications experience with the ability to integrate into the team with little supervision.
