INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS LEAD

Leading Financial Bank is looking for an Internal Communication to lead a communication stream of a cross cluster global programme….

· Looking for Internal Communications Manager

The Role?

· Internal communications manager to lead and manage the communications steam of a cross cluster global programme

· Develop and establish the function with in the program

· To develop, maintain and execute communication plans

· Influence and manage channel strategy, using appropriate mechanisms to best deliver effective communications to stakeholders

· Apply appropriate measurement mechanisms

· Delivering high quality communications across a range of channels on time and on budget

· Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

The Candidate?

· Internal Communications Experience Essential

· Strong experience in communications strategy development and execution.

· Excellent stakeholder management experience.

· Come from a financial background or corporate background

· 1-2 years experience working on a major change programme

· Strong track record of influencing and managing relationships at Director Level

· Crisis management experience

· 2 years+ experience leading a team

· Creative approach to communications and strong attention to detail

· Negotiating and influencing skills
