A Communications position has arisen with a large retails Bank based in the Docklands.
You will ideally come from a Financial Services organisations and have proven experience and skills, managing crisis communications when issues have potential impact on the Bank's reputation, liaising with the Group internal communications team
Duties and Responsibilities:
" Manage the two-way flow of information between the Group Internal Communications team and Bank's cluster teams to maximise the flow of stories and 'proof points' that build engagement and control.
" Work with specific business areas to develop, manage and deliver the appropriate level of internal communications for specific projects
" Draft and gain agreement to the content of communications, including change and project communications (with appropriate project resources), aligning Group strategic messages with business messages to create an integrated business communication
" Coordinate the internal communications activity to maximise impact and ensure consistency of messages as appropriate between clusters
" Incorporate brand values and visual identity into all communication deliverables
Skills:
Developing and maintaining strong business and stakeholder relationships
" Strategic approach with a focus on the 'bigger picture'
" Strong planning, writing and production of communications materials
" Effective in leading and developing high performing teams (as appropriate dependent on role)
Experience, qualifications - Essential to the role other requirements specific to the role
" Substantial experience across a range of communications disciplines in a large corporate body
" Experience of major change communication
" Experience of the use and application of creative internal communications techniques
" Strong track record of influencing and managing relationships at Director level

" Crisis Management experience
