The Role
You will be responsible for owning and driving the communications aspect of this systems generated scheme. This will entail holding workshops, working with legal and compliance, going through a whiteboard process and coming up with the best ideas of how to present information and ideas on customer journey and then drive them through
Scheme Communications Manager
Responsible for ensuring online solutions and customer letters are aligned with communications needs and customer research
Brief copywriters including brand and broader communication objectives
Contribute to technical workshopsto ensure that the design and specification of processes are suitable for target customers
Manage communication aspect of system releases
Work closely with interface design and back end teams to ensure effective customer journey
Liaise with scheme administrator to ensure online journeys are correctly implemented on the online platform and in system generated letters
Work with legal and compliance teams
Responsible for ensuring that the online user experience is suitable including content of screens, system generated letters for the target customer
Reporting to Head of Market and Member Communications
The Candidate
This would suit someone with a mix of technical and creative experience, you will be used to dealing with fine technical detail and getting it transmitted in a simple, user friendly way
You will have previous experience of working on web based/systems generated communications systems
Used to managing communications/content teams on web projects and briefing copywriters
Quality assuring consumer-facing and business to business content
Experience of working in a highly regulated environment
Familiarity with the requirements of a web prototyping/wireframing system would be useful
You will be highly analytical with a strong eye for high quality user friendly experience
You may have worked on conditional communications or DM within a regulated environment
Brand champion
Good at looking at processes from the customer view point and gaining customer engagement
Innovative, excellent communicator, confident
