ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop & deliver an internal communications strategy on a national basis, aligning it to corporate brand values.
Support group wide brand and operational initiatives through internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
Establish effective measurement criteria and process to assess current and future internal communications initiatives.
Provide internal communications advice and consultancy to individual business units and senior management in order to deliver compelling internal communications activities.
Liaise effectively with group functions and a range of other departments to ensure alignment and brand adherence across internal communications and employee engagement.
THE CANDIDATE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Successful experience of developing and implementing internal communications strategies, linking strategy and operational delivery.
Strong knowledge of industry best practice, especially in internal communications methods and employee engagement.
Proven planning and programme management skills with a good eye for detail.
Polished negotiation and interpersonal skills, with experience of using them at all levels.
Highly developed team management and leadership skills.
