Internal Communications Manager / Communications Manager / Employee Communications Manager

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop & deliver an internal communications strategy on a national basis, aligning it to corporate brand values.
Provide internal communications advice and consultancy to individual business units and senior management.
Maximise the effect of all communications and media channels to ensure employee engagement across multiple locations and multiple functions.
Effective project management of internal communications activities, delivering them to time and budget.
THE CANDIDATE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Successful experience of developing and implementing internal communications strategies, ideally across multiple sites.
Strong knowledge of industry best practice, especially in internal communications methods and employee engagement.
Proven planning and programme management skills with a good eye for detail.
Polished negotiation and interpersonal skills, with experience of using them at all levels.
Self-motivated but with strong team ethic and customer focus.
