Job Description

My client a large Financial Services organisation based in the South West, due to a period of growth are looking to recruit a web analyst.

The role will involve ensuring the continued improvement of profitability, customer acquisition, retention and service, through strategic development of the online business systems. You will identify development changes to bring increased revenue generation, and have an excellent understanding of web usability

The key remit of this role will involve;

• qualitative and quantitative research,
• excellent analytical skills including experience using Google analytics and Omniture or Coremetrics.
• Have experience with financial modelling and target setting, good recommendation and presentation skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience from within the Financial Services sector although this is not necessary.
