My client is a membership marketing company delivering new brands and loyalty programs to banks and other organisations with large customer bases. The company employs 1000 people across Europe and is active in 11 European countries as well as Japan and South Africa. It also administers additional services from 6 regional, state of the art customer service centres, offering support in 9 languages. Marketing partners include American Express and Barclaycard.

Working closely with the Client Development Director, the Client Development Manager acts as the key interface between the Accounts/Clients Middle Management and my client to effectively manage and develop the client relationship.

Key Responsibilities:
·Achieving designated goals and objectives, for example, achieving AVA volumes, revenues and margin goals, new AVA Product launches and exceeding contractual requirements.
·Ensuring delivery of all its contractual requirements to the client.
·Developing strategies, lead, and direct all Sales & Account Development activities within the client organisation.

This role ensures that my client exceeds the needs of client including strategic consultancy to ongoing & pro-active account management support for the client's management (from Chief Executive to Marketing Executive level).

Experience required for this role would include:
·Extensive experience within a marketing environment within a client facing role a marketing qualification is desirable.
·Experience of managing own accounts and budgets.
·Direct exposure to financial services market.
·Experienced in contract negotiations and renewals.
