This growing organisation is looking for someone to develop their proposition in the employee benefits sector; you will be supporting the management team in commercial negotiations and managing the marketing team.
Purpose of the job:
To lead and manage the development of the employee benefits proposition
To support the management team in commercial negotiations
To manage the marketing team, events and other initiatives in line with the marketing budget
To actively manage cross functional activities/ projects on behalf
To promote best practice and achieve sales productivity gains
To achieve agreed operating plan targets/actions reported
To oversee and manage the sales and training requirements
Main responsibilities
(web address removed) oversee and operationally manage all aspects of the employee benefits marketing and lead generation activities including owning agreed qualitative targets, Managing relationship, budgets and other operating plan actions as required.
2.Review placement strategy, prospects to drive up income.
3.Menu of sales proposition and development of training plans and initiatives.
4.Overseeing of sales campaigns and activities
5.Researching and reviewing additional service lines

7.Management and coaching of the marketing team
8.Production of effective MI in a timely fashion.
