Online Marketing Manager / eCommerce Marketing Manager / Online Manager / eCommerce Manager

COMPANY

From roots in a side-street garage, this business has become one of the largest and best-known driving schools in the country, as well as a leading adviser and campaigner on road safety and general motoring issues. Now part of a global group, they are looking to secure their position through a number of key hires.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

·Develop and deliver online marketing plans to cover both acquisition and retention across all eCommerce media channels.
·Optimise natural and paid search activities to deliver maximum return on investment (SEO, PPC, affiliates).
·Use strong competitor and customer analysis to drive online innovation and best practice in eCommerce marketing.
·Project manage web development and integration projects, acting as key business sponsor for the online technical teams.

THE CANDIDATE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

·Extensive experience of online / eCommerce marketing (SEO, PPC, affiliate management, natural search, email marketing) across acquisition and retention.
·Strong knowledge of content management, online architecture and online customer experience technologies.
·Proven commercial skills and ability to deliver quantifiable commercial results.
·Superb leadership skills, budgetary management ability and customer focus.
