Our client, a premier provider of global investment management, risk management and advisory services to institutional and retail clients are looking for an experienced E-Marketing Manager with significant international experience dealing with a high number of websites.
Within the Account Management Group (AMG) we pride ourselves on working with clients around the globe to develop solutions to meet their investment goals. Specific teams such as Alternative Investments, Cash Management, Financial Institutions, Global Consultant Relations, International, Private Client, Pension/Tax-Exempt and Wealth Management are dedicated to different types of clients to better understand their needs and to deliver excellent service by anticipating these needs.
The business is in an exciting phase of growth with aggressive business plans across the international region. To support these ambitions, the client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Director who can successfully develop and implement eMarketing strategy to support business objectives. This is a challenging role which is truly global in scope in a forward-thinking world-class company.
Initially reporting to the Managing Director, International Marketing and then Head of International e-Marketing (on return from maternity leave), the successful candidate will help to develop and implement the online strategy for the international business to position the client at the forefront of the industry, as well as developing best practice standards and ensuring that the latest web technologies are utilised to enhance the client experience. With over 19 individual country sites, you will lead the support of local marketing teams and manage a team of 7 who keep sites up-to-date and deliver innovative solutions including online campaigns, graphic design, webcasts, platform development and CMS management.
The ideal candidate is a strong people manager who will drive the online delivery for the business. He/she should be client orientated, enthusiastic and able to demonstrate added-value through a proven track-record of implementing web strategies and supporting business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement online marketing strategy for the international business
- Create a differentiated brand through web-based and digital initiatives
- Identify and drive ideas to enhance the user experience through the latest technologies and approaches
- Extensive international client liaison with business owners
- Management, skills development and growth of a relatively junior team
- Workflow scheduling and project assignment and implementation
- Relationship Management with in-house web development team
- Vendor/3rd Party supplier management
Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive eBusiness or eMarketing experience
- Financial services, ideally asset management
- Global marketing and technical teams
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills
- Proven experience of managing international websites
- Experience of Content Management Systems - ideally Stellent or other equivalent
- Have a sound understanding and knowledge of Photoshop, Flash, Fireworks Knowledge of XML, CSS, HTML, DHTML
