An international Insurance company is recruiting for a Marketing Manager to lead their established and hard working marketing team. The team is responsible for all marketing initiatives and output within the UK operation. This includes internal/external communications, client database management, sector marketing and the design and production of company branded literature.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Working with underwriters to create marketing strategies for areas identified for growth
- Managing bid and sales processes from inception to implementation
- Providing research and analysis on key clients and markets
- Overall responsibility for the client database
- Overall responsibility for organisation of company events

The incumbent should be able to demonstrate strong leadership and presentation skills and have the ability to influence senior underwriters and management at all levels.

Marketing Management experience within Insurance or professional services (law or accountancy) is essential and key to the role. The company is looking for somebody with the ability to multi-task with varied skills and knowledge sales management processes.
