Job Description

Direct Marketing professional required for this financial services player based in their Bournemouth office.

The role is for a Campaign Manager who can develop, manage and deliver a range of direct marketing campaigns on and offline that meet specific business objectives within agreed KPI's.

An experienced Direct Marketing professional with proven record in effective delivery of business results

Criteria for success are:

* Degree or equivalent
* Professional Marketing qualifications preferred , IDM or CIM
* Experience working within large direct marketing functions
* Proven track record in creative thinking to achieve objectives
* Proven track record in Customer driven direct marketing campaigns
* Experience in developing and implementing against core direct marketing media (on and offline), inc. direct mail, door drops,afiliates, aggregators and email
* Numerate and able to analyse the effectiveness of campaigns.
* Data literacy, understanding the role and importance of data in campaign execution
* Fully conversant with relevant DPA, ASA and Financial Promotions guidelines
