Telemarketing Manager / Call Centre Manager

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage in-house and outsourced telephony operations to maximise new business growth and return on investment.
Drive telemarketing agency activities to increase campaign response rates and improve customer retention, up-sell and cross-sell results.
Ensure balance of compliance and sales focus in telemarketing message.
Liaise with product marketing to improve the quality and relevance of telemarketing messages.
THE CANDIDATE WE ARE LOOKING FOR……
Extensive experience in managing in-house and outsourced telemarketing operations.
Hands-on telemarketing experience, ideally within a financial services or similarly regulated environment.
Excellent academic background, probably including a degree.
Self-motivated but with strong team ethic and customer focus.
