An excellent opportunity in Hampshire to join a blue-chip company and use your print management and organisational skills as part of a friendly and motivated team.
Your key role will be to manage the day-to-day running of the relationships between the company and their outsourced print management provider, making sure that your colleagues in other departments receive a high-quality and cost-effective service. Establishing a mutually beneficial relationship with the print management supplier you will make sure service levels are monitored and adhered to, and that any issues are addressed in a positive and productive manner.
Most of the role will be working with high-volume system generated documentation but you will also get involved with brand and marketing campaigns (press, PR etc) and managing stocks and logistics for specific items.
You should have some understanding and experience of print and print management, and any knowledge of the creative process as it relates to print would be advantageous. You need to be organised with a good head for figures and have excellent communication skills, for reporting on activity and handling any unexpected issues.
