Retention Manager / Customer Retention Manager / Marketing Retention Manager / Consumer Retention Manager

COMPANY

As one of the largest financial services businesses in the world, this group of companies looks after the financial needs of over 40 million customers. A market leader in insurance, savings and investments and an active sponsor of a range of UK events, they are now looking to secure their position through a small number of key recruits in their marketing teams.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

·Develop & deliver retention marketing campaigns across inbound / outbound call centres and direct marketing channels to achieve objectives for individual consumer retention.
·Develop & implement save propositions (including specifics of retention aims and pricing)
·Map the customer journey, including renewal and win-back points.
·Interpret insight and analysis data, focusing on retention initiatives.
·Demonstrate detailed understanding of current customers and the competitive market.

THE CANDIDATE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

·Extensive experience of retention marketing strategy and delivery, ideally within financial services.
·Accomplished campaign management ability (inbound, outbound, direct marketing, etc).
·Excellent academic background, likely to include degree.
·Self-motivated but with strong team ethic and customer focus.
