Job Description

This Kent based agency is looking for a Senior Account Manager or Account Director to join them for 9-12 months. There is also a possibility that this role will be made permanent.

The key skills required are:
Experienced Account Handler with a Direct Marketing Agency pedigree.
In depth, hands on, knowledge of Direct Marketing from a strategic and tactical level.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Straight talker.
In depth experience of acquisition and retention strategies.
Expert understanding of direct marketing techniques.
Excellent creative judgement.
Potential for out of the box thinking.
A strong, a-political, team player, able to recognise and coordinate resource requirements from the wider agency offering.
Financially astute, with in depth understanding of the components of profitability.
Financial Services experience an advantage.
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
