A leading credit card company is looking for a Customer Experience Manager to work within their UK cards division. The purpose of the role is to enhance customer experience through engaging customers and reducing attrition levels. The role will support other strategic business units and internally represent the voice of the customer'. You will be responsible for assess processes and communications to help reduce customer dissatisfaction and to set quality standards. You will work across a number of products and channels and will also be responsible for setting up testing strategies. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills and be commercially focused. This is a new role, so there is a huge opportunity to succeed and make a difference within this market leader.
