We are looking for a seasoned manager who can take hands-on responsibility for managing the revenue targets and product strategies for high-net worth cards products. This is a very visible role working with world-class products.
About the Client
The firm are a leading brand within the international credit cards market with an enviable reputation gained over many years. This team are the issuer of cards primarily through the leading retail banks globally.
About the Role
The role will have responsibility for;
Overall P&L accountability for driving growth of products through:
oFocusing on top line metrics such as new cards acquired and attrition.
oEstablishing and leading regular product benefits reviews and ensuring that they are kept relevant for Card
oOwning and Managing the website and working closely with the Communication manager to develop effective communication materials.
oEngaging with the card base by sourcing invitations to high end events globally
Work closely with the Servicing teams and ensure that "best in class" servicing is provided by training teams regularly on product benefits.
Align with membership rewards manager to ensure that the current offer delivers effective rewards proposition to card holders.
What We're Looking For
Experienced products/services marketer with strong Premium products/industry background
Strong analytical skills
Solid understanding of product P&Ls and ability to focus on key performance metrics to drive ongoing profitability
Proven relationship management and communication skills
Strong marketing communications planning and execution skills
