Job Description

Our client is a major blue chip organisation who are looking to recruit a Campaign Executive to join their dynamic marketing function and help drive the acquisition strategy forward through a sustained period of growth.

  

Responsibilities will include;

  • Drive targeted acquisition campaigns across direct marketing, advertising (on and offline), PPC, web (suspect emails, events local marketing and PR
  • External website content and traffic generation for all products and channels
  • Responsible for reporting on recruitment campaign activity performance, definition of KPIs, reporting frequency, format to measure effectiveness and inform future activity. 
  • Drive advertising strategy and execution
  • To communicate recruitment plans across the business and to understand impact on all service aspects of the acquisition plan To develop and manage the recruitment cost budgets for all recruitment activities
  • Responsible for managing the prospect customer journey (prospects and suspects) through to converted leads
  • To understand the different target markets and prospective customer profiles to create communication plans for both B to B and B to C markets.
  • Contribute to Prospect Management Project including data capture, centre liaison and external list sourcing.
  • To constantly review process and methods to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Provide prospective customer insight and feed into tactical plans.

The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre with a real passion and determination to succeed. Excellent commercial acumen is required along with the ability to communicate with internal stakeholders. You will also have experience across ideally both online and offline communications but in particular direct mail and campaign management.
