Our client is a leading Financial Services provider who are looking to appoint a Campaign & Selections Analyst as part of their expansion plans for their business intelligence and customer insight capability.
Joining a small, specialist database marketing team, you will be applying statistical concepts and techniques to support the company's on-going direct marketing programmes - developing insights to support acquisition, retention and cross-selling initiatives. This role is seen as pivotal and will span campaign targeting, campaign selections, customer profiling and campaign analysis.
Whilst a background in Financial Services would be advantageous, it is not essential. More importantly you will be comfortable in the use and manipulation of data to support customer marketing activity using SQL or SAS and will be conversant in statistical modelling techniques. Experience in Epiphany would also be advantageous.
