Experienced with running the breadth of lifecycle communications?

This could be a great opportunity for you.

We're recruiting on a 6 month maternity cover contract for a big brand telecoms firm in West London, looking to appoint a Senior Communications Manager to led their Direct Marketing function.

You will be leading a function responsible for delivering the end-to-end customer lifecycle communications, both strategy and its execution, from welcome letter right though to incident comms ( including price changes, contract changes, etc.), cross and up-sell, retention communications and leaving communications.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, this role will lead a team of four and be responsible for a multi-million Pound customer communications budget.

You will need to have a good balance between on and offline skills. Solid experience of email, display, search and social media blended with offline, traditional media and direct marketing skills. Preferably built up in consumer marketing function servicing a large, complex customer base.

Location: London
Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 pro-rata
Benefits: Bonus 10-20% (pro-rata)
Term: 6 month fixed term contract

Experience Required:

- Experienced in lifecycle communications, both on and offline
- Solid team management experience, must have experience leading other experienced marketers (i.e. above a graduate report level)
- Solid direct marketing background
- Consumer marketing experience preferably from a big brand organisation
- Capable of dealing with a position that has a broad remit. You could be dealing with anything from a customer incident to strategic CRM planning
- Experience in integrating customer communications into customer experiences/processes

- Must have the necessary visas to live and work in the UK
